Overview

Fill out the profile listing form per the following instructions. Make sure you save your work before closing your browser window.

You must answer all *Required items. If you miss any fields, you will be prompted to complete them before you can save. You can choose whether to fill in the optional information, but more detail will help you find a better job.

Candidate Title:

Enter your FULL NAME as you would like it to appear.

Candidate Description:

This is a summary job description. It’s an opportunity for you to stand out from other candidates, so make it count! Enter up to 200 words. You can use the formatting ribbon to style your text accordingly. Include important skills and specific keyword phrases that will help employers search for you. 

Tag Keywords:

Tags are short keywords, with no space within.(eg: tag1, tag2, tag3) A total of up to 280 characters only. These are important for search tools.

Confirm Your Email:

This is for internal use and is not published.

Profession

Select your professional or industry category. You can include more than one if appropriate.

Current Company:

Enter the name of your current employer. If you are not employed at this time, enter “None”

Current Job Title:

Enter your current title, or most recent job title (if not currently employed).

Professional Experience:

The number of years of your total work experience. Select the appropriate range.

Target Job

Type: What kind of work are you looking for? (You may select more than one type.)

Target Job Title: What is your “dream job” title, the position you are seeking.

Start Immediately: Are you available to work immediately?

Target Start Date:
Select the calendar date you want to start working.

Education

Education Level: Select the highest level of education achieved.

Education Degrees: Enter your major and minor degrees, as appropriate.

Certifications: Include a list of any relevant certifications or licenses. Include continuing education relevant to your profession.

Address

Current Home Address or if you are relocating, enter your new address. If you do not know your new address yet, indicate the closest location or City.

Enter your details and set on the map.

Phone: Enter your phone number only if you wish to be contacted at that number by potential employers.

Virtual Office: Check if you are able to perform your job in a virtual manner, remotely.

Background

Professional Biography: Include your experience, background and goals. You may cut and paste sections of your resume in this area.

Accomplishments: Include your career highlights. You may cut and paste sections of your resume in this area. This is optional, but highly recommended.

Interests: Include your professional and personal interests, including hobbies, clubs, sports.your experience, background and goals. This is optional, but recommended.

Eligibility

Legal Eligibility: Confirm that you are legally qualified to work full time in the United States, and can verify this with necessary documentation.

Need Sponsor: Indicate whether you require your employer to sponsor you for a work visa now, or in the future.

Other Website: This is for a secondary website, a portfolio site, or a listing in a business directory.

Add Images

Upload a profile image, which will be displayed next to your listing. Use horizontal (landscape) pictures. Recommended specifications: 800×533 pixels @72 dpi, around 100K file size.

This image is in addition to your personal headshot, which you can set in the Dashboard.

Review and Confirm

Make sure you have completed the form, and then click the Review Your Listing button, which saves your entries. You will be prompted if you have left out any required fields. You will then be able to make further changes to any section. Once you have confirmed everything make sure to Update and Publish your listing.
