Step 1: Create Your Profile
Create Your Profile by filling out the entire set of questions in your listing. You must complete the listing by entering all the mandatory items, which includes uploading your Resume. Then review your listing and save it.

You can modify your listing at any time:
1. Open your listing page.
2. Use the Edit button and make your changes.
Step 2: Upload Your Video (Optional)
Start here to upload your personal marketing video.
Some basic instructions:
- Your video should be 90 seconds or less
- The best format to use is MP4, which is a universal standard for video files.
- Your video should be less than 64MB. If it is larger, please try saving it with a smaller screen size (standard 720×480), compress it, or edit the length.
